My night begins at 6.30pm, catching the subway down to Broadway. It’s minus five degrees Celsius outside the Gramercy Theatre in New York and the line is extended right around the corner onto Lexington Ave. Twenty minutes we wait as the line grows and grows. Christian Rock is a diverse musical genre. It contains within it a veritable cornucopia of artists. Canadian alt-rockers Thousand Foot Krutch (often typeset as TFK) are one of the best and most respected Christian rock acts in the world today. Working with mega producer Aaron Sprinkle and featuring guitar work by Randy Torres (Project 86) and Pete Stewart (Grammatrain, The Accident Experiment) TFK have delivered a real masterpiece.

Since their formation in 2003 the Atlanta based quintet have been wow-ing audiences all over the world with their unique blend of Botch style hardcore, punk and southern rock. And it’s not just their records that have people talking, these dudes can rock out with the best of them and have become somewhat known for their wild and often instrument shattering stage antics.
